Future Focus Solutions conducted workplace first aid instruction for the Tokyo Hotel's staff and management team in Phnom Penh, featuring both theoretical and practical components. The training emphasized:
- Assessment of unconscious patients and those with breathing difficulties or respiratory arrest
- Cardiovascular and respiratory emergency response techniques
- Proper operation of automated external defibrillators and additional first aid equipment
