Self-saturation oxygen dissolution for fish farming

These devices are designed for fish farming operations to dissolve oxygen into water. The system works by mixing water from circulation pumps with oxygen from a separate vessel, with maximum pressure not exceeding 2 bar.

Water and oxygen are mixed in a vertical direction toward the cone's base using a "self-saturation method", achieving optimal molecular oxygenation. The system can reach oxygen saturation of 25 mg/l with just 1 barG of water pressure, with higher saturation possible with increased water pressure. The oxygenated water then travels through pipelines to breeding pools, and the unit can be positioned adjacent to or inside fish basins.
