Oxywise nitrogen filling stations — fill cylinders up to 350 bar

Oxywise offers nitrogen filling stations designed to fill cylinders up to 350 bar, with higher pressures available upon request. The systems can fill between 2 to 460 cylinders daily based on customer needs.

The nitrogen production method uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) to separate nitrogen from compressed treated air. Purity levels range from 95% to 99.9995%.

These filling stations include: air treatment components (compressor, dryer, filtration), tanks, nitrogen generator, high-pressure nitrogen booster, and storage. The system is fully automated and can operate as either a static installation with permanently manifolded bottles or a traditional cylinder filling station for remote locations.
