High pressure cylinder filling ramp / filling manifold for gases up to 450 bar
High pressure cylinder filling ramp or filling manifold is used for filling cylinders with gases at pressures up to 450 bar.
The page describes a custom example featuring a control system, dual pressure gauges, dual temperature gauges, dual safety valves, and 20 flexible hoses accommodating various cylinder connections (10 CGA540 and 10 CGA870). The system includes a pump controlled by a panel with oxygen safety valve, thermometer, pressure gauge, and pressure switch. Temperature and pressure alarms halt pump operation until safe conditions resume.
